Randy R. McCalla, P.A.
Kansas City Juvenile Law, Foster Care, Criminal Defense Law Firm
I began practicing law in 1991 with the law firm of Speer & Holliday, one of the most established firms in Johnson County, Kansas. In 2005, I left the firm to open my solo practice. I now am able to offer my clients a more focused approach, limiting my practice to a few narrow Practice areas of law.
Our clients have unique needs and can be exceptionally vulnerable - among them you will find:
- Minors facing criminal charges in the Juvenile law system
- Parents, grandparents, other family members, and foster care parents working on behalf of at-risk children in Child in Need of Care cases involving placement of children outside of the home and in the foster care system
- Adults facing every type of criminal charge with an emphasis on DUI / DWI or drug possession
Please contact our law office immediately if your child is in trouble with the law, if you have been charged with a crime, or if you are concerned about child in the Johnson County, Wyandotte County, or Douglas County foster care systems. A lawyer can give you the most help if he or she is involved early in the process. I look forward to meeting you in person and assisting you with your legal needs.
As an attorney with extensive experience in foster care and juvenile law I understand the subtle but important points necessary to protect minors in courts and child care arenas. I also represent adults accused of driving under the influence, drug possession, or other criminal offenses. It can be a serious mistake to try and work through such important and high-risk proceedings without legal counsel.
